Lead Montessori Teacher Pay:

From $16.00 per hour, depending on experience and Montessori certification. Job description Bel Canto Montessori is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Lead Montessori Teacher to join our founding team. Qualifications Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, MACTE, or equivalent) preferred Experience teaching in a Montessori or early childhood classroom preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Professional, dependable, and collaborative Passion for child-centered education Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Responsibilities Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori classroom environment Guide children through hands-on learning experiences that foster independence and confidence Observe and support each child's individual development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Communicate effectively with families and school leadership Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a positive school culture Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards Why Join Bel Canto Montessori?
