Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. Your primary focus will be on the well-being and development of the children in your care, ensuring they receive the attention and support they need to thrive. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have experience in childcare settings. Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children, and School aged children ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diaper changing, and nap time. Create a structured environment that encourages positive behavior and social skills. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Implement educational activities that support childhood development milestones. Provide specialized care for children with disabilities or special needs as required. Maintain a clean and organized play area to ensure a safe environment for all children. Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Experience working with students in various educational settings. Knowledge of infant care practices. Background in nannying or babysitting. Understanding of childhood development principles. Familiarity with special education techniques. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. Strong caregiving skills, demonstrating patience and empathy. Experience in toddler care and preschool environments.
