In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for toddlers. Your primary focus will be fostering developmental growth through innovative curriculum development, hands-on activities, and compassionate care. You will play a vital role in supporting early childhood development, ensuring each child's emotional, social, and cognitive needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning tailored for toddlers. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence while maintaining high standards of child welfare and safety. Manage daily classroom routines including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Engage actively with children through play-based activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and support ongoing child welfare initiatives. Use classroom management techniques to promote respectful behavior and social skills among young children. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management strategies tailored for toddlers. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Demonstrated understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education standards. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred, not required. Ability to create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and overall child welfare practices.
