Manage daily classroom routines including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management strategies tailored for toddlers. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Demonstrated understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education standards. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred, not required. Ability to create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and overall child welfare practices.
