Duties Provide attentive supervision to children during playtime, meals, naps, and structured activities to ensure safety at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and social skills Support toddlers and infants with feeding, diapering, and comforting needs while maintaining hygiene standards Manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement, guidance, and behavior management techniques Collaborate with parents or guardians to share updates on children's progress and address individual needs or concerns Assist with classroom organization, activity planning, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in daycare or preschool settings Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents involving children Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children with patience and enthusiasm Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment Commitment to maintaining a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Join our team as a Childcare Provider where your dedication will help shape young lives!
