Childcare Worker

Duties Provide attentive supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Support children in their daily routines, including meal times, naps, playtime, and hygiene practices Foster positive interactions among children to encourage teamwork, sharing, and empathy Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that adheres to health and safety standards Observe children's behavior for developmental milestones or concerns and report findings appropriately Experience Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting or related environment is preferred but not required Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific needs Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to remain energetic, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare services Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is highly desirable but can be provided if necessary A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth is essential Join us in creating a joyful space where children feel valued, safe, and inspired!
