Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's growth and development through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective behavior management. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional comfort at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills in toddlers, infants, and preschoolers Support childhood development milestones through nurturing interactions and educational play Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and daily activities Assist with feeding, diapering, nap times, and other daily routines for infants and toddlers Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and social interactions among children Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare settings, babysitting, nannying or classroom environments is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and sleep routines Familiarity with classroom experience or daycare operations is advantageous Certification in first aid and CPR is required or highly desirable Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to nurturing young minds!
