In this role, you will plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities, support social-emotional development, and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with fellow educators, and uphold high standards of care and education. Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate regularly with families about children's experiences and milestones. Collaborate with teaching team to plan and improve classroom programs. Uphold center policies and state childcare regulations. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
