Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to child welfare will help shape the future of our students, ensuring they develop essential literacy, math, and social skills through innovative lesson planning and hands-on activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of preschool children while working within a supportive educational community. Duties Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including Montessori and other pedagogical approaches Design engaging lessons that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor student progress and inform instruction Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding child welfare, classroom activities, and developmental milestones Maintain organized classroom management practices to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to childcare regulations Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, and early intervention practices Experience with special education needs and implementing inclusive teaching methods Familiarity with Montessori methods or other early childhood educational frameworks is preferred Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and community partners Previous experience working in private schools or similar educational environments enhances candidacy
