Job Description

Child Care Partners | Wichita Falls, TX At Child Care Partners, we empower families by providing safe, affordable, high‑quality childcare that supports parents in their work or education and helps children thrive from the very beginning. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Teacher to work with our infants and toddlers, who shares our commitment to children, families, and community. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment using the Frog Street Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, responsive, and nurturing care that supports infants' and toddlers' emotional security and development. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families through consistent, respectful communication. Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using the Frog Street Infant/Toddler Curriculum, focused on brain development, early language, and social‑emotional growth. Follow consistent daily routines that support children's sense of safety and predictability. Observe and document children's development to support individualized learning and school readiness. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements, including safe sleep, feeding, diapering, and hygiene practices. Support inclusive practices and adapt care to meet the needs of children with diverse abilities. Collaborate with team members to meet Texas Rising Star quality standards and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. CPR and First Aid certification required (training may be provided). Must be able to pass a background check. Must meet all Texas childcare licensing requirements. Must be patient, dependable, and committed to supporting children and families.
