We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Provider specializing in Childcare to join our center. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the kids, supporting their growth and development through structured activities and attentive supervision. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to explore and learn. Duties Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and well-being Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns regarding child safety or well-being Administer basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary to address minor injuries or health issues promptly Support children with special needs by adapting activities and providing individualized care as needed Requirements Proven experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and abuse prevention Classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment Passion for nurturing children's growth through engaging teaching methods and compassionate supervision Must be able to pass a federal and state background check.
