Illuminate Learning Academy is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. This is a full time position only. What You'll Do :

Create a warm, welcoming classroom that supports each child's unique growth, and encourages respect for self, others, and the classroom Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance Communicate regularly and warmly with families Collaborate with teammates to maintain a consistent, caring school culture Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and organized Manage classroom activities and daily schedule effectively to ensure a productive and safe learning environment Skills A love for working with children and a heart for teaching Previous experience in early childhood education (strongly preferred) CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field (or working towards it) Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with children, parents, and our team effectively Dependability, flexibility, and a growth mindset Ready to help little ones shine?
