Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising children, planning age-appropriate activities, and fostering developmental growth through educational and fun experiences. Duties Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and structured activities to ensure safety and engagement Plan and implement creative activities that promote early childhood development, including toddler care, preschooler activities, and elementary school-age programs Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily updates Maintain a clean and organized childcare space following health and safety standards Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and social skills among children Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued Strong child supervision skills combined with the ability to plan engaging activities tailored to different developmental stages Effective communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom experience in daycare or preschool settings Ability to adhere to all safety protocols, including mandated reporting laws and health guidelines Join us in providing exceptional care that nurtures young minds while ensuring their safety every step of the way!
