Overview Join our tight knit, ambitious, fun loving team as a Preschool/Extended Care Employee, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of children by supervising activities, ensuring safety, and fostering positive growth. Whether working with preschoolers during classroom hours or providing extended care before and after school, your energy and commitment will make a meaningful difference in children's lives every day. This role must be filled by a Bible believing evangelical Christian. Afterschool Clubs Worker Oversee and contain children who are enrolled and attend extended care, in order to provide a safe and fun environment for students to be. Cultivate healthy relationships with Good Foundations Academy and Next Generation of Utah (NG) families Keep a close eye on students Sign in and out students Clean bathrooms Clean the last room that was used
Upline :
NG Executive Director Direct Responsibilities Make sure children are checked in and out Be sure to allow children to go home with the correct adult De-escalate situations Be aware of adults entering the gate Make sure field, bathrooms, and the last classroom you are in are clean Provide snack at 5:00 Turn off all lights when leaving - with the exception of outside lights and fourier light Double check all doors are locked before leaving Co-Lead Preschool Teacher Support and fill in for the lead preschool teacher by knowing the schedule and curriculum, in order to aid the lead teacher and fill in when she/he is out. Cultivate healthy relationships with Good Foundations Academy and Next Generation of Utah (NG) families Learn and understand the preschool (and kinder+) schedule and curriculum Teach and prepare as directed by the lead preschool teacher

Any third hand that may be helping Within the classroom Leading or helping lead Bible time Setting up next activities and helping with clean-up from past activities Communicating needs to lead preschool teacher Communication to lead preschool teacher about parent or student situations Taking care of the cleanliness and life of the classroom Being prepared to lead, upon an absence of the lead teacher
Pay:
$22.75 - $27.40 per hour
