  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their critical early childhood years.
In this role, you will create a stimulating and caring classroom environment that promotes childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional growth. Your enthusiasm for working with children will help foster a love of learning, support early intervention strategies, and ensure each child's unique needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques. Deliver age-appropriate lessons tailored to the needs of toddlers and preschoolers, including activities that promote social skills, cognitive growth, and motor development. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns related to child welfare, and support early intervention initiatives when necessary. Maintain detailed records of student progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable, and adapt lesson plans accordingly. Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering independence, curiosity, and positive social interactions among students. Support children with special education needs by implementing individualized strategies that promote inclusion and learning success. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting; prior Montessori or private school experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring activities for young learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to child welfare and early intervention efforts. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development in special education or literacy education is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports toddlers' care needs and promotes positive behavior management.
