We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months. Create a warm, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson plans. Support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain accurate daily communication with families regarding feeding, diapering, naps, and milestones. Ensure classroom cleanliness and compliance with all state licensing regulations. Work collaboratively with other teachers and administration. Maintain active supervision and prioritize children's health and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with infants or young children preferred. Must be able to pass all required background checks. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be willing to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential within 3-4 months of employment. Support and guidance will be provided to help achieve this requirement.
