This is an exciting developmental stage filled with growing independence, expanding language skills, big personalities, and lots of curiosity. We're looking for an educator who understands how to provide the structure and consistency young children need while making learning engaging and fun. What You'll Do Lead daily classroom routines and learning experiences for young preschool-aged children Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.
