Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Broadlands center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this on-site role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based activities, support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You will partner closely with families, document progress, and uphold all health and safety standards. At KinderCare, you'll join a collaborative, diverse team with opportunities for training, career advancement, and meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build strong, inclusive relationships with children and families. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
