Part-Time Job Description:

Zion Christian Academy is seeking a loving, dependable Infant Teacher to join our Christ-centered early childhood program. The ideal candidate will provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for infants while reflecting Christian values in daily interactions.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Support infant development through age-appropriate activities Communicate effectively with parents and staff Model Christ-like behavior and uphold the mission of Zion Christian Academy Comply with all Virginia childcare licensing requirements and academy policies

Qualifications:

Experience working with infants preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, patient, and caring Commitment to Christian values and teamwork
