KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Blacksburg South center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging classroom. In this role, you will design play-based, developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive environment. You'll partner closely with families, track developmental milestones, and collaborate with a supportive team that values diversity, professional growth, and high-quality early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth and development. Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Follow all health, safety, and childcare licensing regulations. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
