Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our Braemar KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom that supports each child's developmental stage. You will design and deliver age-appropriate curriculum, observe and document progress, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll partner with colleagues, receive ongoing training, and have clear opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact on children's early learning. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and wellbeing. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Implement behavior guidance strategies aligned with Kinder Care standards. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching skills.
