Compensation and Benefits Pay :

$20 per hour for 1 to 2 dependent/s, $21 for 3, and $22 for 4.

Bonuses :

Occasional bonuses and travel incentives

Payment :

Weekly direct deposit

Overtime :

Time and a half for hours over 40 per week

Holiday Pay :

For most nationally observed holidays

Paid Time Off :

Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked

AVAILABILITY

: 2-5 days during the week (Monday-Friday)

TIME :

Between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 8 hours shift

Requirements Age :

At least 18 years old Must be willing to work with both children and adult (as needed).

Communication :

Excellent texting skills for updates and availability

Experience :

Minimum of 1 year in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or daycare- 2 childcare references required

License :

Valid driver's license and vehicle

If Hired Work Status :

Legal work status in the

US Certification :

Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment

Orientation :

Complete an online orientation
