In this role, you will design and lead playful, hands-on STEM activities that build early skills in science, technology, engineering, and math. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, partner closely with families, and collaborate with colleagues to support each child's developmental goals. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate STEM lessons and activities for early learners. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess children's progress and adjust instruction to support individual needs. Collaborate with center staff and families to support each child's development. Incorporate play-based and hands-on learning strategies into daily instruction. Maintain classroom materials, technology, and learning resources for STEM activities. Document learning outcomes and communicate progress to parents and guardians. Participate in training and professional development offered by Kinder Care.
