We are seeking caring, dependable Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our growing team. Position Overview As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for our youngest learners. You will implement our established Balanced Learning® curriculum (lesson plans are provided), allowing you to focus on what matters most, building strong relationships and supporting each child's development. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants and toddlers Implement daily lesson plans and classroom schedule (no lesson planning required) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance Ensure active supervision and compliance with licensing standards Communicate with families regarding daily activities and progress Collaborate with leadership and team members Qualifications Experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting preferred Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and positive attitude CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Professional development and training opportunities Supportive leadership and positive team culture Opportunities for growth within the school Why Primrose School of Fairfax?
