Job Description:

This is a part-time and in-person role for the position of Extended Day Staff. The Extended Day Staff will be responsible for supervising students in a variety of different settings, such as playgrounds, multipurpose rooms, and the gymnasium. Ensuring the safety of children, and providing a nurturing and structured environment is very important. Daily tasks include set-up and clean-up of the main room (the cafeteria), assisting with homework, organizing activities, and communicating with parents and guardians. This position is Monday-Friday (during the school year) from 2:45 pm - 6:00pm (1:45 pm - 6:00pm on Wednesdays). We are looking for committed individuals that can consistently work the five days of the week and the full hours.

Requirements:

Available all days of the week during extended day hours Supervise children during playtime indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety Assist with preparing snack Communicate with director/caregivers about daily activities and any concerns Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in staff meetings and required training

Qualifications:
