Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure consistent safety and well-being. Build strong, positive relationships with children and families. Communicate daily with families about child progress and classroom events. Observe, document, and report on children's development and behavior. Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership on curriculum and events. Support diversity, inclusion, and positive classroom culture. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
