Our Two-Year-Old Program builds early social, emotional, and learning skills through routine, play-based learning, and a state-approved curriculum. We are seeking a warm, dependable, and professional teacher who enjoys working with toddlers and understands the importance of structure, consistency, and intentional teaching. We are not just a childcare center. We are a Learning Academy that focuses on: kindergarten readiness daily schedules and routines curriculum-based instruction social-emotional development professional classroom practices Duties The teacher will: Implement a director-selected curriculum with fidelity Follow and maintain a structured daily schedule Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom Support children's learning through intentional instruction Maintain classroom order and consistent routines Communicate professionally with families and leadership Complete required documentation and daily reports Work collaboratively with a teaching team Requirements Preferred candidates will: Have experience working with young children Be reliable and punctual Be open to coaching and feedback Follow policies and procedures Maintain a professional attitude Be organized and prepared Support the academy's vision and standards (ECE coursework or certification preferred but not required depending on position.) Nice To Haves Minimum of 3 years of professional child care experience. Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. A strong understanding of child development. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification. Must clear full background check and must pass health screening This Position Is a
