Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress and adapt activities as needed. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and daily experiences. Collaborate with teaching staff and center leadership on curriculum and classroom routines. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and progress records.
