A highly respected preschool in Lorton, VA is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to join their team. Available Opportunities Full-Time Preschool Teacher:
working with children 3 to 5 years old Schedule Four-day work week! 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts One-hour lunch break included
Compensation Lead Teachers:
$40,000 - $48,000 per year; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.
Co-Lead Teachers:
$18 - $21 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education. Responsibilities include:
Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration Maintaining active supervision of children at all times Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment
What We're Looking For Lead Teachers :
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field OR a Child Development Associate (CDA)
Certification Lead Teachers :
At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed Early Childhood Education program
Co-Lead Teachers :
Must be in pursuit of Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (50% of the program completed)
Co-Lead Teachers :
At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed Early Childhood Education program Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs Must pass required background checks Don't meet every qualification?
