Job Description
Preschool Teacher (Full-Time / Part-Time) The T.E.A. Center | McLean, VA $30,000-$40,000/year (based on experience) Join a School That Feels Like Family At The T.E.A. Our nurturing, play-based environment helps young learners build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love for learning. We're looking for a passionate and dependable Preschool Teacher who is ready to make a real impact in children's lives every single day. What You'll Do Lead and support engaging daily classroom activities and routines Create a safe, structured, and fun learning environment Guide children through play, learning centers, meals, and transitions Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and emotional growth Prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized space Ensure the safety and well-being of every child at all times Collaborate with team members and communicate with families What We're Looking For Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred) A genuine passion for early childhood education Patient, nurturing, and energetic personality Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements
