Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher and Teacher Assistants to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. This role involves implementing engaging curricula, managing classroom dynamics, and providing support to students' needs, including those with developmental challenges. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences. Effectively communicate to students, parents, and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's education. Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes child welfare and development with Christian compassion, love and understanding. Requirements Proven experience working with children in classroom settings, particularly in preschool or daycare environments. Strong skills in classroom management, behavior management, and communication. Knowledge of developmental milestones and childhood development principles. Ability to utilize learning technology effectively in the classroom setting.
