Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for the Radford Early Learning Center to create a safe, engaging environment where young children can learn and grow. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You will build strong, positive relationships with children and families, communicate regularly about progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily lessons for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Observe and document children's growth and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to plan programs and special activities. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Support center operations, including supervision during meals, play, and rest times.
