We are looking for an educator who is passionate about nurturing young children, fostering developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and building strong partnerships with families.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in an early childhood setting and a strong understanding of child development, curriculum implementation, and positive classroom management. This teacher will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences. Build caring, responsive relationships with children and families. Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental progress. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture. Communicate effectively with families and staff. Follow all licensing regulations, program policies, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Passion for working with young children and supporting whole-child development. Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in an early childhood classroom.

Preferred Qualifications:
