Daycare Worker

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the daycare
• Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and clean-up
• Diaper changing and potty training as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment ```Requirements```
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in nannying, infant care, preschool, or daycare settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate teaching strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Ability to maintain a safe environment for children at all times
• Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons and manage classroom activities
