Part-Time / On-Call Daycare Assistant (Flexible Hours)

DymonCare LLC is looking for a reliable and flexible assistant to help provide coverage as needed in a small, nurturing in-home daycare environment. This is not a set weekly schedule — hours are offered based on need (staff absences, appointments, ratio support, etc.). Perfect for someone looking for extra income with flexibility.

Typical Coverage Needs:

8:00 AM

• 5:00 PM 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with infants and toddlers Assist with meals, diapering, and daily routines Support a calm, safe, and structured environment

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable and responsive (able to confirm availability quickly) Comfortable with a flexible / as-needed schedule Has childcare experience (preferred but not required) CPR/First Aid/ AED(preferred but not required) Enjoys working with young children (2 months
