Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's growth and development by providing attentive care, facilitating educational activities, and ensuring their well-being. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education and commitment to fostering positive experiences will help children thrive both emotionally and socially. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while working in a dynamic, supportive setting. Hours Sundays from 11 AM -12 PM are required. There will be occasional opportunities to work from 11-2 on Sundays when there are post-church events. Duties Supervise children during play and learning activities to ensure safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including toddler care, preschool experiences, and infant care Support children with behavioral management strategies to encourage positive social interactions Ensure the environment is clean, organized, and safe by adhering to health and safety standards Use classroom experience and early childhood education techniques to foster curiosity and learning in children with diverse needs Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Strong skills in behavior management and creating inclusive environments for all children Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us as a Child Care Provider to inspire young minds while providing compassionate care that supports their growth.
