Licensed in-home family daycare located in Springfield, VA - please apply only if this location and commute work for you. We are looking for an experienced childcare professional who is honest, responsible, patient, and truly loves kids . The ideal candidate can work independently, take initiative, manage daily routines confidently, and create engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30

PM Benefits:

10 paid leave/sick days after 1 year

Requirements:

Must be 18+, Previous professional childcare experience is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, complete CPR/First Aid training and a TB test, and have basic English communication skills.

Job Duties:

Care for and supervise children throughout the day (ages 3 months-5 years). Responsibilities include playtime, meals, naps, hygiene, safety, daily routines, and helping keep the daycare clean, organized, and safe for the children.
