Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will be responsible for providing educational instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs tailored to individual student needs
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote active learning
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and daycare policies.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
Requirements:
- At least 6 Months of Experience in the childcare field
