Duties Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence among children. Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and organized space for all children. Support children with special education needs through tailored activities and early intervention techniques. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on child welfare. Maintain detailed records of developmental milestones, attendance, and assessments aligned with standardized testing requirements. Assist with classroom setup, cleaning, and organization to uphold health standards in daycare or preschool settings. Requirements Proven experience working with children in childcare settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development including Montessori methods or other educational frameworks. Experience with early intervention programs and supporting children with special needs is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social skills. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Pay:
