Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our CDLC of Woodbridge center. In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn and grow through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support children's social-emotional and cognitive development, and build strong partnerships with families. Working in a collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll receive training and opportunities for career growth while making a meaningful impact on every child's early learning journey. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress with families. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Manage daily classroom routines, including meals, rest, and transitions. Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
