Join Our Team! Miss Martha's Creative ELP and The Sprouts Program are seeking a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team. We are a boutique, relationship-focused childcare program dedicated to providing exceptional care in a nurturing, play-based environment where children thrive. If you love working with young children, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and value meaningful relationships with families, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Part-time (approximately 20-32hours per week ) Monday-Friday Flexible schedule with the possibility of additional hours as enrollment grows. Responsibilities Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Supervise and interact positively with children throughout the day. Support learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities. Maintain open communication with families and coworkers. Follow Vermont Child Care Licensing Regulations. Assist with classroom organization, meals, diapering/toileting (if applicable), and daily routines. Qualifications Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children preferred. CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus. Must be dependable, patient, energetic, and a team player. Ability to pass required background checks.
