• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, fostering their development through age-appropriate activities and interactions. Duties Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care. Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide care for infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their needs are met. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in children. Assist children with daily routines such as eating, dressing, and hygiene. Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to child development. Stay informed about childhood development trends and best practices in childcare. Requirements Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices. First Aid certification is a plus. Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging learning environment. Ability to create age-appropriate activities that foster growth in various developmental areas. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
