AM Part Time School Age Teacher

This is a part-time morning role. The shift is 6am to 9am, Monday to Friday. Starting pay is $18.00 or more depending on experience We are seeking an energetic and compassionate teacher for our school-age classroom. This classroom is aged 5-10 years of age. Each of our classrooms are staffed with a lead teacher and assistant teacher who work with the rest of our faculty to create a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment for our children. Teachers should have a positive attitude, be energetic about their teaching subjects, and share a passion for learning!

Qualifications:

US work authorization (Required) High School Diplomia or GED (Required) Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds (Required) Must be 18 or older (Required) 1 year Early Childhood Education (Preferred) 1 year Childcare Experience (Preferred) Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred) Our teachers are responsible for constructing their classroom's lesson plan, utilizing additional resources to include various enrichment programs, communicating professionally with families and co-workers, and working as a team. You will also be responsible for the following: Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Advance children's physical and intellectual competence through quality teacher-created lesson planning utilizing gathered assessment data. Support each child's social and emotional development and provide positive guidance. Establish positive and effective family relations through professional communication. Ensure an effective program that is responsive to children's needs. Proficient with interpersonal communication between children, peers, and parents.
