Our team is passionate about making a lasting impact—every single day. ✨ Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and growth-minded Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their emotional and developmental needs. This role is more than supervision—it's about connection, guidance, and helping children build lifelong skills. What You'll Do Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Support children's emotional development and social skills Implement age-appropriate activities and routines Maintain active supervision and ensure child safety at all times Communicate effectively with families and team members Follow all DCYF licensing , health, and safety regulations Assist with meals, transitions, and daily care routines Document and share children's progress and experiences ❤️ What We're Looking For A genuine love for children and a patient, positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm and supportive in challenging situations Reliability and professionalism Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training Qualifications Must meet Washington State DCYF requirements for childcare staff High School Diploma or equivalent (required) ECE credits, CDA, or related experience (preferred) CPR/First Aid certification (we can certify you) Background check clearance What Sets You Apart Experience working with children with behavioral or developmental needs Understanding of trauma-informed care Passion for emotional resilience and social-emotional learning A heart for making a difference in children's lives What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for professional growth and STARS training Meaningful, purpose-driven work The chance to truly impact children and families in your community Join Our Team If you're looking for more than just a job—if you're called to make a difference—we would love to meet you.
