Pre-K Teacher, Christian School (Monday-Thursday)

Fellowship Christian School is a private, Pre-K through Grade 12 school located in Everett, WA. We are a non-denominational Christian ministry that is currently seeking and accepting resumes for teachers for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. We have grown a ton and are expanding! Our team is loving and collaborative and we're looking for someone that will fit into that mold, bringing with them a passion for kids and education. Employment will begin August 17 with an additional orientation day scheduled prior to August 17 . The first day of school is September 2 . This position follows our school calendar and we are looking for a passionate individual that would love to work with our youngest kids and is willing to commit to the school year schedule (Monday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm or per the school, academic calendar). Since we are a Christian ministry, we do incorporate Jesus into all of our daily lessons. Qualifications:

Passionate about teaching early learners and working with a variety of ages. Strong written/verbal communication skills Ability to pass required background and/or fingerprinting checks Ability to attend regularly scheduled meetings, and participate in all school activities, open houses and orientations. Availability and willingness to teach all required days in the school year. Extra vacations during school days are not permitted and must be taken during school breaks (winter break, spring break, etc.), in order to make sure students are taught well and receive consistent and reliable instruction. Willingness to perform all job duties required in a timely manner (to include planning, grading, record keeping, etc.- many duties include daily input on a computer) and by required due dates. Please note, this position does require all hired employees to be on site during the entire work period . As a small ministry, it is vital our staff be reliable (on time for work and consistently at school/no call ins or last minute call ins) as well as loving, at all times. Love comes before all and is the way we handle every situation. Flexibility with planning and adjusting to the day as you work alongside students, including getting to know each student well and teaching them to use their strengths to help others as well as teaching students to persevere and be diligent in their studies. Non school days are non-paid days. Teachers do receive paid teacher in-service days (listed on the school calendar). We do not currently offer additional health/medical/dental insurance, but do offer 50% tuition discount for staff kids, as a fringe benefit to full-time employees.
