Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment where children grow through play, social-emotional development, and daily Bible-based instruction. This role is ideal for someone who values a faith-based educational setting and is enthusiastic about supporting the spiritual, emotional, and developmental growth of young children. The position includes active participation in daily Bible lessons, prayer, and incorporating Christian values throughout the classroom experience.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Leading and participating in daily Bible lessons and faith-based activities Creating a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff

Minimum Requirements:

At least 18 years of age Cleared Portable Background Check Negative TB Test Food Worker Card CPR/First Aid Certification & Bloodborne Pathogens training Completion of Childcare Basic Training (DCYF training portal)

Warm, dependable, and nurturing personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to support a Christ-centered educational philosophy in daily interactions and activities Sensitivity to the needs of children and families

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8.5-hour shifts

$17.33 - $32.22 per hour
