Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring their health and safety. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Follow licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies and procedures. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
