We are excited to grow our teaching team for the 2026-2027 school year. Our program emphasizes hands-on learning, social-emotional development, and strong relationships between teachers, children, and families. Position Overview We are seeking a warm, engaging, and collaborative early childhood educator to support both our 2's and 3's classes within our cooperative preschool model. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with families, values play-based learning, and thrives in a community-centered environment.

Schedule & Compensation Morning Class Hours:

Monday-Friday (3's:

M/W/F, 9

00-11:30am; 2's: T/Th, 9:00-11:00am)

Additional Hours:

Includes paid time for classroom setup and cleanup, lesson planning, family communication, and occasional participation in school events

Total Time Commitment:

~20-23 hours/week

Schedule:

September-June teaching schedule, with light summer planning hours

Salary:

$21,000-22,000 annually
