Responsibilities Include:

Providing attentive, responsive care to infants Creating a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities Maintaining daily communication with families Following all Liberty Learning Centers policies and Washington State licensing regulations Working collaboratively with coworkers to ensure quality care for every child Washington State Licensing Requirements Applicants must meet or be able to meet Washington State DCYF requirements, including: Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Pass a DCYF background check Complete a TB test Current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain upon hire) Complete Child Care Basics training Complete Bloodborne Pathogens training Complete Safe Sleep training Food Worker Card Complete all required annual in-service training Meet Washington State education requirements for a Lead Teacher within the required timeline through approved ECE coursework or an approved equivalent.
