Lead Infant Teacher Liberty Learning Centers in Graham is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has a genuine love for working with infants, values teamwork, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education. We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
Kind, patient, and caring Extremely reliable with excellent attendance Able to work well as part of a team Flexible and willing to help where needed Organized and able to manage daily routines Professional with strong communication skills Passionate about supporting infant development and building positive relationships with families
Responsibilities Include:
Providing attentive, responsive care to infants Creating a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities Maintaining daily communication with families Following all Liberty Learning Centers policies and Washington State licensing regulations Working collaboratively with coworkers to ensure quality care for every child Washington State Licensing Requirements Applicants must meet or be able to meet Washington State DCYF requirements, including: Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Pass a DCYF background check Complete a TB test Current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain upon hire) Complete Child Care Basics training Complete Bloodborne Pathogens training Complete Safe Sleep training Food Worker Card Complete all required annual in-service training Meet Washington State education requirements for a Lead Teacher within the required timeline through approved ECE coursework or an approved equivalent. Position Details Full-time Monday-Friday Center hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (schedule may vary) Pay based on qualifications and experience Supportive team environment If you are passionate about caring for infants and making a positive impact during their earliest years, we encourage you to apply.
