Our small Montessori school , located in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, is looking for a dedicated educator to join our team full-time. We pride ourselves on our strong community of families and teachers , and we're seeking someone who shares our love for child development and early learning.

We are a Montessori-inspired early childhood program focused on fostering independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. With low student-to-teacher ratios and engaged families , our school is a place where both children and teachers thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide children in accordance with Montessori principles and early childhood best practices Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans Create a nurturing, calm, and prepared learning environment Observe, document, and assess children's development Communicate effectively and warmly with families Collaborate with a team of experienced and supportive educators
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting Montessori certification or experience CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain A love for teaching young children and a respectful, patient teaching style
