Job Description
KinderCare seeks a Senior Teacher for our Maple Valley center to lead high-quality early childhood classrooms. In this role, you will design engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons, nurture each child's social, emotional, and academic growth, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. You'll mentor and coach other teachers, collaborate on curriculum, and partner closely with families. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for young children. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess children's growth and adapt instruction to meet individual needs. Mentor and support assistant and junior teachers in best practices. Partner with families through regular communication and conferences. Maintain compliance with state regulations and center policies. Collaborate with center leadership on curriculum and program improvements. Document attendance, progress, and incident reports accurately. Support center events and family engagement activities.
